As a skilled litigator, Arsiné focuses her practice on PAGA claims and class action lawsuits.  She successfully handles all stages of a lawsuit, discovery, law and motion, presenting oral arguments in court, alternative dispute resolution, class certification, and dispositive motions.


During law school, Arsiné enjoyed competing in trial competitions across the country, including the ABA Labor and Employment Law Competition.  Arsiné also had the opportunity to extern in the Preliminary Hearing Unit as well as the Major Narcotics Division of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office where she gained valuable courtroom experience.  Prior to joining Justice Law Corporation, Arsiné defended insurance companies in worker’s compensation cases, negotiating favorable settlements for her clients.


To foster a strong attorney-client relationship, Arsiné strives to provide her clients with the effective communication and trust they deserve.
