Nuncio v. MMI Services, Inc.: Kern County Superior Court Judge David R. Lampe Partially Certifies the Case as a Class Action

On February 11, 2019, Kern County Superior Court Judge David R. Lampe issued his decision after taking the matter under submission on December 7, 2018. Judge Lampe certified the Class of all current and former California-based hourly-paid or non-exempt field employees who worked for MMI Services, Inc. at any time during the period from July 22, 2010 to February 11, 2019, in the following subclasses: Business Expenses subclass and Overtime subclass. The Court did not certify the meal break, rest break, and minimum wage subclasses.

If you want to bring your own claims for subclasses that were not certified you must act immediately.
