Chris Petersen
Chris joined the firm in the fall of 2022. Before then, he spent more than a decade honing his craft as a defense attorney at a major international law firm, representing companies in a variety of industries, including hospitality, entertainment, finance, transportation, tech, retail, and food service. He spent another two years at a major national firm representing the same types of clients. His focus throughout his time as a defense attorney was on wage-and-hour representative actions, as well as providing day-to-day counseling services on a range of employment-related issues.
While he is grateful for the training and experience he gained as a defense lawyer, he is thrilled to now represent employees – something he had always hoped to do. He brings his considerable knowledge of how employers actually operate, how they litigate, and how they assess liabilities to all his cases. He is deeply committed to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients and has already enjoyed considerable success from the plaintiff’s side.
