Halina E. Szymanski
With a background in service and organizing, Halina is uniquely qualified for managing all aspects that go into class action wage and hour employment lawsuits.
At USC Gould School of Law, she was Executive Development Editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal, SBA Social Chair, SBA Events Chair, and a Peer Mentor, and before law school, she studied Psychology and Global Studies at UCLA. Halina cares about people and since joining Justice Law Corporation, she’s tackled workers’ rights issues head on.
She is truly invested in getting justice for employees who have suffered workplace violations. Her hard work and no stone left unturned approach have been instrumental in getting large settlements for aggrieved employees. From to start to finish on a case, Halina is relentless in her dogged pursuit of justice.
