Triana Henderson
Attorney at Law
Triana embarked on a legal career to champion the rights of workers and confront workplace injustices. While earning her law degree at UC Irvine School of Law, she gained hands-on experience advocating for hotel and temp workers through the Workers, Law, and Organizing Clinic, sharpening her skills in collective bargaining and worker advocacy. She also worked with the Public Law Center, delivering vital legal services to low-income communities in South Orange County and solidifying her dedication to social justice.
As an Executive Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review, Triana honed her legal research and writing skills, which she now uses to craft persuasive arguments in complex class action litigation. Her work with small business owners in Orange County deepened her understanding of the employer-employee relationship, allowing her to approach employment law cases with a well-rounded perspective.
Triana is passionate about ensuring fair treatment for workers and helping clients navigate the challenges of workplace exploitation. She is driven by a commitment to justice and the belief that every worker deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
