Brian Lam

Attorney at Law

Brian Half Body

Brian is an attorney at Justice Law Corporation who represents workers with care, focus, and a strong commitment to accountability. As a first-generation immigrant, he brings a personal understanding of the challenges faced by employees and underserved communities, which informs his practical, client-centered approach to employment law.

Brian’s path to the legal profession was shaped by his service with AmeriCorps, where he worked with local legal aid organizations supporting individuals with limited access to legal resources. That experience reinforced his belief that effective advocacy requires both careful listening and decisive action—principles that continue to guide his work on behalf of clients.

While earning his Juris Doctor at the USC Gould School of Law, Brian developed experience in dispute resolution and employment matters through the school’s Mediation Clinic. In that role, he helped resolve employment discrimination cases involving federal agencies and employees under the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, gaining early exposure to negotiation, liability assessment, and practical resolution strategies.

Brian approaches each case with diligence and professionalism, combining thoughtful advocacy with close attention to his clients’ individual circumstances. He is known for taking the time to understand his clients’ concerns and for working persistently to achieve outcomes that address both the legal and personal impact of workplace disputes.

Brian is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese, English, and Spanish, allowing him to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
