Dean is a passionate Washington state attorney who brings a wealth of experience to Justice Law Corporation, having spent three years with a national employment defense firm. With a deep understanding of both sides of employment law, he is committed to advocating for employees across Washington, from Spokane to Seattle, in wage-and-hour disputes and beyond.

Dean has extensive experience handling a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases under both state and federal law, as well as issues like disability, gender, sexual harassment, and race and national origin discrimination. Known for his empathy and sensitivity, Dean is dedicated to helping clients navigate these complex and often deeply personal challenges.

In addition to employment law, Dean has valuable experience in immigration and social justice, having helped startups secure work visas, assisted the QLaw Foundation of Washington’s legal clinic, and supported individuals applying for U-Visas and asylum. He also served as a mediator in small claims court and externed with the Seattle City Attorney’s Office.

Raised by his single grandmother in Southern California, Dean understands the profound impact that fair and consistent work can have on a person’s financial stability. This personal connection fuels his passion for advocating for workers’ rights and ensuring justice is served.
