Brian Lam
Attorney at Law
Brian is an ardent advocate for the rights of workers, immigrants, and the most vulnerable. A first-generation immigrant himself, Brian was inspired to enter the legal profession by his AmeriCorps experience of serving communities at local legal-help centers.
While earning his degree at the USC Gould School of Law, Brian joined its Mediation Clinic and settled numerous employment discrimination cases between federal agencies and their employees under the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Brian has long espoused a client-centered approach that combines sharp advocacy with close attention to the unique needs of each client.
Brian is fluent in four languages: Cantonese, English, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish. As your attorney, Brian will listen first before working tirelessly towards your best possible outcome.
