Chris Petersen
Interim Head of Litigation Strategy (CA), Attorney at Law

Chris is a Senior Attorney at Justice Law Corporation and plays a key role in litigating and advancing complex employment matters on behalf of workers. He brings more than a decade of experience in employment litigation, including extensive prior work representing employers, to his plaintiff-side practice.
Before joining Justice Law Corporation, Chris spent over ten years at major international and national law firms defending companies in wage-and-hour class and representative actions and advising on a broad range of employment disputes across industries including hospitality, entertainment, finance, transportation, technology, retail, and food service. That background gives him a deep understanding of how employers evaluate risk, structure defenses, and make litigation and settlement decisions.
Chris now uses that insight to guide case strategy, anticipate employer tactics, and apply sustained pressure in employment litigation. He is closely involved in case development from early evaluation through litigation and resolution, and he works collaboratively with other attorneys to ensure matters are prepared and positioned for meaningful outcomes.
Known for his disciplined approach and strategic judgment, Chris focuses on building cases that are credible, well-supported, and difficult for employers to ignore. His work reflects a practical, outcome-driven mindset grounded in experience on both sides of the courtroom.
