Douglas Han

Founder, Attorney at Law

Doug-Personal

Douglas Han founded Justice Law Corporation in 2013 after more than a decade of representing plaintiffs in complex representative and employment matters. He built the firm to focus on a disciplined, outcome-driven approach to employment litigation—one grounded in preparation, judgment, and repeatable processes designed to produce durable results.

Over the course of his career, Douglas has handled class actions, representative actions, and multi-plaintiff employment cases involving wage-and-hour violations and other workplace misconduct. He has seen the field evolve, understands how these cases actually resolve, and designs strategies with the endgame in mind—from early case evaluation through mediation, arbitration, or trial.

Douglas also serves as an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, bringing a neutral, resolution-focused perspective to complex employment disputes. His experience on both sides of the dispute-resolution process informs the firm’s practical, credibility-driven approach to litigation.

Justice Law Corporation reflects Douglas’s belief that strong results come from strong systems. He has built a team of advocates who operate within a proven framework emphasizing proactive case management, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy—so clients always understand where their case stands and how it is moving toward resolution.

His mission in founding the firm remains threefold: to protect workers from unlawful practices, to drive meaningful change in the workplace, and to build long-term trust with the people the firm serves.
