Geneva Hale

Geneva is an attorney at Justice Law Corporation who represents workers with care, diligence, and a strong commitment to fairness in the workplace. Her practice is informed by a background in civil rights and public-interest advocacy, with experience supporting workers and tenants navigating complex legal systems.
Geneva earned her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law, where she focused her legal training on social justice and worker-centered advocacy. During law school, she participated in the VAWA and U-Visa Clinic, assisting survivors of violence with immigration relief, and worked with the Voting Rights Project, supporting efforts to protect access to the democratic process. She also externed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, working with Administrative Judge Louis Garcia and gaining exposure to the investigation and adjudication of workplace discrimination claims.
In addition to her advocacy experience, Geneva brings strong research and writing skills to her practice. She served as a Writing Advisor in UCLA’s Legal Research and Writing Program, where she worked closely with first-year law students to develop clear, persuasive legal analysis. Her legal experience also includes assisting in unlawful detainer matters and supporting civil rights litigation, further shaping her practical understanding of how legal issues affect individuals’ housing and employment stability.
