Shunt Tatavos Gharajeh
Partner, Attorney at Law

Shunt joined Justice Law Corporation in 2014, one year after the firm was founded, and has been a core part of its growth into a leading employment law practice representing workers across California and Washington. As a partner at the firm, he has extensive experience litigating individual, class, and representative employment actions, as well as complex personal injury matters.
Over the course of his career, Shunt has worked directly with thousands of employees and has played a central role in securing numerous seven-figure resolutions. He has successfully helped achieve class-wide outcomes in more than 100 employment cases, holding corporate employers accountable across industries including mortgage lending, oil, and transportation.
As a first-generation American, Shunt brings a deeply personal understanding of the challenges workers—particularly immigrants and underserved employees—often face in the workplace. That perspective informs his approach to litigation, but it is matched by careful preparation, strategic judgment, and a clear focus on results. He fights aggressively on behalf of workers while maintaining the discipline necessary to drive cases toward meaningful resolution.
Shunt is known for his ability to manage complex matters from start to finish, applying sustained pressure and guiding cases through litigation, mediation, and settlement. His leadership and experience are a key part of the firm’s ability to deliver consistent, high-impact outcomes for workers whose rights have been violated.
