William Wilkinson

Attorney at Law

Will-Wilkinson-Bio

William joined Justice Law Corporation with a clear focus on advocating for workers whose rights have been violated. He was drawn to employment law by the ability to use the law strategically and effectively to protect employees—particularly those with limited power or leverage—and he brings that focus to every case he handles.

While earning his Juris Doctor at the USC Gould School of Law, William gained hands-on experience across multiple forums. He served as an extern to the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and to Administrative Judge Juliana Sherman at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also worked with the USC Immigration Clinic, where he provided legal services to individuals seeking asylum and other forms of relief. These experiences gave him early exposure to how legal strategy, preparation, and judgment can materially impact the lives of people facing serious injustice.

William approaches employment litigation with a practical mindset shaped by his own experience as both a business owner and a wage-earning employee. That dual perspective allows him to evaluate cases realistically, anticipate how employers assess risk, and advocate effectively for workers through focused negotiation and firm, no-nonsense litigation. He is committed to advancing his clients’ interests with clarity, persistence, and a results-oriented approach.
